Ingredients

  • 2 Packages Refrigerated Pie Crust1 Cup Fruit Preserves
    1 Tsp Cornstarch
    Or
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Tsp Cornstarch
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Whole Milk
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon (if making the brown sugar version)

Method-

Unroll the pie crust dough on a flat surface and cut the edges to make a large square, cut into 4 equal sections.
Combine the filling ingredients and spoon into the center of half of the rectangles. Top each filled rectangle with the unfilled pieces and crimp shut with a fork. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Tops should be just golden brown. Allow to cool.
Mix together the icing and spoon over each pop tart and smooth. Allow to set and serve and enjoy!
