Cowboy Stew
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, Diced
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- About 1 1/2 Pounds Potatoes, Cubed
- 1 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 10.5 oz can French Onion Soup
- 1 10 oz can Diced Tomato with Chiles
- 1 15.5 oz can Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn
Method-
Brown the beef in a large pan, add the onions and garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes and drain any grease. Add in seasonings and flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add in the rest- mix well!. Transfer to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are fully cooked. Top with cheese if you’d like!
