Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • About 1 1/2 Pounds Potatoes, Cubed
  • 1 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 10.5 oz can French Onion Soup
  • 1 10 oz can Diced Tomato with Chiles
  • 1 15.5 oz can Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn

Method-

Brown the beef in a large pan, add the onions and garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes and drain any grease. Add in seasonings and flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add in the rest- mix well!. Transfer to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are fully cooked. Top with cheese if you’d like!
