This training provides an introduction to critical transformational skills and principles, while also serving as the first step in the BMI Leadership Coaching Certification process for those who choose to enroll in the program. We integrate the biblical principles found in Experiencing God and Spiritual Leadership with key coaching skills to help participants become more effective in guiding the people they serve to connect with God’s work in their lives.
