GriefShare is a grief recovery group where people learn to understand the difficult emotions associated with the loss of a loved one. Encouraging videos, supportive discussions with group members, and working in the participant guide bring great comfort to normalize the grief experience. Many topics such as loneliness, fear, anger, regrets, relationships, and hope are covered.
