A nice side dish to serve up on a beautiful spring or summer day!
2 Bunches of fresh asparagus
Salt and Pepper
1/4 Cup Sliced Parmesan
Brush the asparagus with olive oil and lemon juice. Grill asparagus for about 2-3 minutes. A little longer if the asparagus is thicker.
The asparagus should still be a little firm, not limp.
Remove from the grill and place on a serving platter. Season with salt and pepper and top with Parmesan. Serve warm
