Marinated Pickle Cheese
Ingredients
- About 1 Pound Dill Havarti Cheese
- About 1 Pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 12oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- About 1 Cup Diced Spicy Bread and Butter Pickles
- About 2 Tbsp Chopped Dill
- 3 Scallions, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
- Pinch Red Chili Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Pickle Brine
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Small Crackers
Method-
Cut the cheese into small squares. Whip the cream cheese in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until smooth.
Sandwich together the cheese slices with the cream cheese and arrange them in a serving bowl.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the cheese. Wrap and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
