Cucumber Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 8oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Package Boursin Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill
  • 1 Large Seedless Cucumber
  • 4 Large Tortillas

Method-

Slice the cucumber as thinly as possible- use a mandolin for the thinnest slices!

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the cream cheese, boursin and dill until smooth and soft.

Spread about 1/4 of the spread on a tortilla and cover with cucumber slices. Roll up tightly and repeat with the rest of the ingredients

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Then slice and serve!
