The apostle Paul declares the privileges accorded to Christ-followers.
Ephesians 3:12 [Jesus Christ] In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him. (ESV)
Years ago I was allowed to attend a Congressional Prayer event at the U.S Capitol, in Washington D.C. It was an overwhelming experience to walk the halls of this building that usually allows only elected officials and their staff! How did I get in? A member of the family was a staff member of a congressman . . . because of that connection, I got in!
In the same way, Christ-followers adopted into God’s family have access to the presence of the Almighty. Because of my relationship to the Son of God – I can come anytime into God’s presence to talk, confess wrongs, or just to tell Him I love Him! I don’t feel embarrassed or awkward to talk to God, I’m bold – why? Because He’s my Heavenly Father! If you’d like to know more about becoming a
