Crab Rangoon Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1 Package Frozen Puff Pasrty Sheets (2 Sheets)
- 8oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 8oz Imitation Chunk Crabmeat
- 3-4 Green Onions, Chopped
- 3-5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 Egg
Method-
In a mixer or food processor mix up the crab and cream cheese until smooth(ish). Add in garlic and onions
Roll out the puff pastry and spread the mixture over the bottom half of the sheets. Mix up the egg and brush on the opposite side to seal. Roll up the pastry and form a large roll. Cut into one inch pieces, each roll should give you about 12 rolls
Spray 24 muffin cups and place the rolls inside each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan and serving!
