Baked Ham Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 Pound Ham
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 12 oz Bottle Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Method-

In a food processor, grind up the ham until finely ground.

In a large bowl, combine the ham, pork, bread crumbs and seasonings. Then mix in the eggs and milk until combined, do not over mix.

Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray and make about 25-30 meatballs arranged in the pan

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a sauce pan, heat the brown sugar, chili sauce, mustard, vinegar and honey. Whisk together until the brown sugar has dissolved and the glaze is just bubbling. Pour over the ham balls

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes or so before serving
