Actors and Actresses ages 8 and up are welcome to audition for Family Life’s upcoming performance of A Christmas Carol!

Be part of the spectacular adaptation of Charles Dickens’ most well-known story! On the night of Christmas Eve, Ebenezer Scrooge is met by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, who show him the consequences of greed and the joy of kindness. A Christmas Carol is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).

What You Need to Audition

Auditionees are asked to prepare a 32 bar cut of music that best showcases their voice in a style appropriate for the show. No a cappella please. Bring along sheet music for provided accompanist or a recording.

Please prepare a short (less than one minute) monologue. If you don’t have one, one will be provided for you.

Wear comfortable shoes for a dance audition.

Please bring a headshot and one-page resume if able.

Schedule

Rehearsals take place Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 6pm-9pm and some Saturdays.

Tech Week is November 16th-18th, 5pm-10pm.

Performances are November 19th, 20th, and 21st and December 3rd, 4th, 5th, 11th, and 12th.

Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are accepted.
