Frozen Key Lime Pies

Ingredients

  •  1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 8oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 8oz Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
  • 3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • Juice from 12 Key Limes or about 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
  • Zest from one Lime

Method-

Melt the butter and combine with the graham crackers and brown sugar. Press into 12 muffin tins or silicone molds and set aside.

Whip together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, about 5 minutes. Add the whipped cream, heavy cream, vanilla and lime juice until well combined. Add the zest and pour on top of the graham crusts. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the pan and serve!
