An Origin of Christmas outdoor lighting contest is being conducted by the What God is Doing in Friendship ny alliance of participating churches as part of more than 30 activities reflecting A Friendship Christmas – Celebrating the True Message of Christmas, being made available through the end of the year. Friendship residents registering for the contest will be eligible for prizes and a listing on the alliance Facebook page as to display locations for people to enjoy, with those outside the town also being listed for holiday viewings.
