JOB RESPONSEBILITIES
- Produce several different types of desserts in a high-volume setting for all Family Life events
- Communicate clearly, pleasantly, and effectively with guests, staff, and volunteers
- Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
- Be creative with ingredients and recipes
- Support and promote ministry outreach through homemade desserts, baked items, and various other items
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have good time management skills, be organized, and meet deadlines consistently
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Able to work by themselves and as part of a team
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is necessary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Hope & Healing Administrative Assistant
- Weekly meetings with department Director and counselors
- Monthly reports submitted to department Director
- Coordinate with Events Department in planning events including scheduling, correspondence, and follow-up paperwork

BROADCAST ENGINEER
Family Life Ministries has an opening for a full-time staff Broadcast Engineer. This is an opportunity to work with a trusted Christian ministry where Jesus is at the heart of everything we do. Family Life, in its 63rd year of ministry, includes full-time departments in Performing Arts, Biblical Counseling, and Events, as well as our regional Radio Ministry. Family Life considers its radio outreach to be a sacred trust to communicate the gospel of Christ through a blended approach of contemporary Christian music, strategically placed Bible teaching programs, and family-oriented, inspiring drama. Currently the Network has nearly 70 radio outlets of FM stations and translators.
- Qualifications
- Have a minimum 2-year degree in electronics technology or equivalent
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have or agree to obtain within one-year FCC GROL or SBE certification
- Have or agree to obtain within one-year Comtrain or equivalent tower climbing certification and be able to perform tower work to 300’
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds from the floor to waist high
- Have a basic understanding of IP networking topology
- Requirements
- Travel throughout New York and Pennsylvania with approximately 15% overnight travel
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work with a minimum or no supervision
