Open Faced Turkey Baguette

  • 1 Large Baguette
  • 1 Cup Mayonaise
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • About 1 Pound Turkey, Sliced
  • 12 Slices Smoked Provolone Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Crispy Fried Onions


Slice the baguette in half and then cut width-wise to make 4 pieces of bread. Mix together the mayo and ranch and spread over the bread. Top with turkey and then about half the onions. Cover with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Top with remaining fried onions and continue to bake for about another 10 minutes. Cheese should start to brown.
