Nick's Picks: Watermelon Sorbet

A delicious taste of summer you can make at home! No ice cream maker required

Nick’s Picks Watermelon Sorbet

8 Cups seedless watermelon puree
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice

Methods:

Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor
Boil the sugar, water and lemon juice until all the sugar is dissolved
Combine sugar with watermelon. Pour into a 11×9 pan and freeze.
Scoop out and serve.
