Nick's Picks: Sweet Chili Pork Chops


1 1/2 – 2 Pounds of Pork Chops
1 Chile Pepper Seeded and Minced
1/2 Yellow Onion Minced
4-5 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Brown Sugar Pepper to taste
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder



Combine the sauce ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes. Sauce should start to be syrupy. Pan sear the pork chops in a large frying pan. Sear both sides to seal in the juices. Add the sauce to the frying pan and continue to cook until the chops are completely cooked (145 degrees)
