1 1/2 Pounds of Chicken Breast
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Powdered Garlic
16 oz Can Diced Tomatoes with Chiles
12 Oz Fresh Queso Sauce
1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Soak the chicken in the buttermilk by putting them both in a large baggie. Drain after an hour and pat dry.
Rub seasonings into the chicken and place into a casserole dish. Drain the tomatoes and chiles and top the chicken with it. Cover chicken with queso and shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove from the oven, cool slightly and serve!
