8oz of Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Pound of Bacon
3-5 Jalapeños
1 Package Frozen Wonton wrapper squares
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Green Onions for Garnish


Thaw out the wonton wrappers. Spray 2 muffin pans for about 18 cups. Place two layers of wonton wrappers over each cup and press in. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool, but keep the oven on.

Chop up the bacon and cook until crispy. Drain all grease from the pan, but don’t clean it yet. Mince up the peppers. Keep the ribs and seeds if you want a little spice. Sautee them in the bacon pan for a couple of minutes until tender.

In a large bowl, combine the the cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, peppers, and cheddar. Use a hand mixer to make it easier!

Scoop in the filling into the wonton cups. Bake for another 10 minutes. Top with scallions and serve!
