1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Ketchup
3-4 Cloves Garlic Minced
1/2 Cup Minced Onion
1/2 Cup Honey
Pinch red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
3 Pounds Chicken (I used boneless, skinless thighs)
1-2 Scallions Sliced for Garnish
Combine the soy, ketchup, garlic, onion, honey and pepper flakes in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add chicken and marinate at least 45 minutes, but up to 48 hours.
Heat a large skillet with a little oil. Remove chicken from the marinate and brown on each side. Baste with marinade until chicken is fully cooked through. Reduce any liquid left until almost gone. Serve and enjoy!
