Ingredients;

Lady Finger Cookies or S’tella Dora
1 1/2 Cups Strong Espresso, Cooled
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
8 oz Marscapone Cheese, room temp
Cocoa

Method:

Whip the heavy cream with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until stiff peaks. Add in the marscapone until just blended. Set aside

Individually dip the cookies in the espresso and cover the bottom of a 9×9 baking pan with cookies. Add about half of the cream on top of the cookies and spread evenly. Place a second layer over the cream layer and finish with the rest of the cream mixture. Sift cocoa over the tiramisu and cover and refrigerate overnight.

Cut, Serve and enjoy!
