Crunchy Rib Bites


1 Ea Pork Tenderloin
2-3 Tbsp BBQ Seasoning Rub
Olive Oil
1-2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar



Cut the pork into bite sized chunks and toss to coat in the seasoning. Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and sear the meat on all sides. Remove from the heat and sprinkle in the brown sugar. Return to the heat until sugar has dissolved.

Remove the meat and allow to drain. In the pan, add in the ketchup, soy, chili flakes and brown sugar. Stir together over low heat until it simmers to create the dipping sauce.
