Ingredients:

12 Jumbo Hot Dogs and Buns

1 Brick of Cream Cheese, Softened

3 Jalapeno Peppers

1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

24 Slices Bacon

 

Method:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer. Dice the Jalapenos small, removing most of the seeds. Stir in the peppers and the cheese until combined.

Slice the hotdogs down the middle lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff the hotdogs with the jalapeño mix. Wrap each hot dog with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.

Grill or bake until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
