A baconny twist to the traditional jalapeno popper.
8 Jalapenos halved lengthwise. Seeds and ribs removed
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
4 oz Cream Cheese
8 Slices of bacon. Cut in half
Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stuff jalapenos with the cheese mixture. Wrap peppers in bacon. Securing with a toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is crisp and peppers are tender.
Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish.
