Nick’s Picks: Apple Rosemary Pork


3 Pounds Pork Loin
1 Granny Smith Apples Cored and Sliced Thin
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Powdered Garlic
Dash of Pepper and Paprika


Slice the pork width-ways but not all the way through. Make many slices and insert the apple slices. Top with seasoning. Place springs of rosemary on top.

Cook in a slow cooker for 4 hours on high, or 7 hours on low. Remove and slice and serve!
