Fried Turkey Sandwich w/ Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

The Sauce

  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Cup Fresh Rasperries
  • 1/2 Cup Seedless Raspberry Jam
  • 1 Can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

The Rest!

  • 2 1/2 Pounds Fresh Turkey Breast
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Oil or Shortening
  • Rolls
  • Fresh Arugula


Place all ingredients for the sauce in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Cut the turkey into 1/2 inch thick slices and toss in the heavy cream to coat.

Combine flour and seasonings

Heat oil or shortening in a large pan or deep fryer. Heat until 350 degrees using a candy or frying thermometer

Remove turkey from the cream and dredge in the flour. Carefully place in the oil in batches and cook thoroughly until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Place turkey on the roll with arugula and raspberry sauce. Serve and enjoy!
