Flank Steak Street Tacos

  •  3 Pounds Flank Steak
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • Mini Tortillas


Place the flank steak in a slow cooker and rub in the olive oil. Rub in all the spices, top with lime juice and beef broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. Remove the meat and shred, mix in the cilantro. Place meat into tortilla shells and top with your favorite toppings! Serve and enjoy!
