Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese

  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 1 Can Cola
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Pound Cellentaini Pasta
  • 8oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Cups Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Plus 1 Cup For Later
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Cups BBQ Sauce


Place the tenderloins in a crockpot and pour over the cola and sprinkle brown sugar. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8. Shred the pork and set aside.

Cook the pasta 1 minute less than instructed. Drain and set aside.

In a medium pot, heat the cream cheese and milk until steam appears. Whisk together with 2 cups of cheddar and spices.

Combine meat with the bbq sauce then add in the pasta and sauce. Toss together and pour into a 9×13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
