King Solomon writes of the importance of being a people with God-directed dreams.
Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. (KJV)
The word “vision” or “guidance” refers to having a view to the future. For example, you will see an ice skater or a gymnast going through their routine in their mind — that’s because there is a connection between imagining a thing — and doing it. God is calling on His people to dream, great, God-directed dreams!
