Hope grew up in Central New Jersey as the only child to two musical parents. From a young age, Hope was performing or creating in some way. She was enrolled in her first dance class at the age of four and studied with the American Repertory Ballet until she was thirteen. Although ballet was her passion and the career she believed she would pursue, she also found great joy in music, and writing which led her to also becoming proficient in piano. Growing up so close to Broadway, Hope fell in love with musical theatre and started to dabble in theatre performance in late middle school and early high school. She started taking acting classes, singing lessons, and switched to the Princeton school of dance and theatre to grow her dance abilities outside of ballet.
Hope attended Messiah University and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in theatre performance and directing. Growing her love and understanding of theatre, she has found a passion for choregraphing, stage managing, costume designing, hair and makeup designing, and playwriting. Hope was introduced to Family Life in the summer of 2021 working with the youth theatre workshops and is now doing “all things theatre” in Family Life’s performing arts department.
