Everyone ages 12 and up is invited to come audition for Hello Dolly!

This musical adaptation of Thornton Wilder’s hit play The Matchmaker bursts with humor, romance, energetic dance and some of the greatest songs in musical theatre history. The romantic and comic exploits of Dolly Gallagher-Levi, turn-of-the-century matchmaker and “woman who arranges things,” are certain to thrill and entertain audiences again and again.

What You Need to Audition

Auditionees are asked to prepare a 32 bar cut of music that best showcases their voice in a style appropriate for the show. No a cappella please. Bring along sheet music for provided accompanist or a recording.
Please prepare a short (less than one minute) monologue. If you don’t have one, one will be provided for you.
Wear comfortable shoes for a short movement portion.
Please bring a headshot and one-page resume if able.

Schedule

Rehearsals take place Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 6pm-9pm and some Saturdays from December 14 through performances.

Tech Week is Feb 12-15 from 5-10pm. Performances are February 16-17 & 23-24
