State Requirements

Pennsylvania

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Section 1503, part 6) requires officiants to be ordained by "a regularly established church or congregation." PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you choose to be married by someone other than the officiants specifically listed and authorized by PA law, the burden of proof regarding the legality (or lack thereof) of your marriage will be upon you - should future issues arise that require a determination of the marriage's validity. For more information, click here to read news article.

A minister's credibility with local, state, and federal government rests with the regular performance of sacerdotal functions. Reverend Croyle administers all of the sacraments of the Christian church and meets all of the requirements.

Other States

Reverend Croyle is also licensed to perform marriages in the state of Ohio and West Virginia (licensing required by each state).  He has met all of the criteria to perform marriages in these and other states, including Georgia.
